Delete Your Zenith Expense Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Zenith Expense account and what happens to your data when you do.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account:

  1. Log in to your account at app.zenithexpense.xyz.
  2. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
  4. Click the "Delete My Account" button.
  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field to confirm.
  6. Click "Permanently Delete Account" to complete the process.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately deleted:

  • Account information: Your email, profile, and authentication credentials.
  • All expenses: Every expense record, including amounts, categories, vendors, and notes.
  • Receipt images: All uploaded receipt photos and scanned documents.
  • Bank statement data: Any imported bank statement records.
  • Currency preferences: Your default currency and conversion settings.
  • Connected accounts: Google, Telegram, and email account links.
  • Telegram history: Bot conversation history and linked Telegram account.
  • Export schedules: Scheduled CSV export configurations.
  • Email forwarding: Forwarding tokens and forwarded email history.
  • Activity history: AI chat history, analytics views, and usage logs.

Retention Period

There is no retention period. All data listed above is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion. This action cannot be undone.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We recommend exporting your expense data (Settings → Scheduled CSV Export → Export to Email Now) before deleting your account.
